We saw huge adoption and acceptance of the AI concierge that responded to over 5000 requests in their first week. We had a 90% solve rate and 93% satisfaction rate. This also led to a cost savings with our customer service team and allowed them to focus on the bigger issue items.
The Result
I built an AI chatbot utilizing chatGPT that was trained across over 1000 procedures, physician papers and physician vetted data to have Persana's AI concierge handle requests without needing any human intervention. From this, we also utilized this AI technology to help customers book virtual consults with physicians, which was new for AI chatbots to manange
