  • Lead the product strategy and delivery of AOL’s advertising.com product portfolio (now AOL Be On!).

  • Hire and manage team of Product Managers. Lead cross-functional team of project managers, engineers, designers, analysts, and marketers to deliver high value product feature sets.

  • Acted the Scrum Master role and managed the delivery and execution of 3 high profile projects.

  • Responsible for three-year product strategy and mobile product strategy for growing revenue through new product opportunities.

Key Achievements
  • Developed a truly global branded entertainment platform that brings together content production, syndication and real-time insights to provide advertisers with an end-to-end platform for long-form branded content across all devices.

  • Collaborated closely with senior executives and was part of the leadership team to deliver revenue growth (125% YOY). Drove increases in CPV and audience engagement via new product development, revamped product and ongoing enhancements.

  • Successfully transformed AOL to an agile development house that delivered stability, performance, scalability and value. Went from 8 releases (Q1 2011) to 80 releases (Q4 2011).
